Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Most orders placed before noon (EST) Monday through Friday ship the same day. Shipping is free on orders over $125 within the contiguous United States. Additional fees apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase. Opened games, puzzles, and clearance items are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
