Toys & Co. is located at 3110 Northline Avenue in Greensboro, North Carolina, at Friendly Center. You can find us near the heart of the shopping center, and parking is free. Get directions on our location page.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Holiday hours may vary, so give us a call at 336-294-1114 if you are making a special trip.

Yes. Toys & Co. is an independent, family-owned toy store in Greensboro, NC. When you shop with us, online or in person, you are supporting a local business, not a national chain.

We are a specialty toy store, which means every toy on our shelves was chosen on purpose. We focus on quality brands, toys that hold up to real play, and things you will not find at every big-box retailer. Our staff actually knows the toys, so you can walk in with an age and a budget and walk out with the right gift.

Absolutely, it is our favorite part of the job. Tell us the child's age, what they are into, and your budget, and we will point you to something great. Stop by the store, or call us at 336-294-1114 and we can even have it wrapped and ready when you arrive.

Most orders placed before noon (EST) Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after noon on Friday or over the weekend ship on Monday.

All orders ship from our store in Greensboro, North Carolina. Nothing comes from a warehouse. The same shelves our local customers shop are the ones your order is picked from.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over $125 within the contiguous United States.

We do, but additional shipping fees apply. Free shipping promotions do not cover Alaska or Hawaii orders.

At this time we only ship to U.S. addresses.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Absolutely. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will have your order ready at our Greensboro store. Pickup is always free.

Most orders are ready within a few hours. We will send you an email as soon as it is ready to go.

Come right inside and head to the front counter. Give us the name on the order and we will hand it over, gift wrapped if you asked for it.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. Bring your receipt or order confirmation.

Yes. Bring the item and your order confirmation to our Greensboro location and we will take care of it.

Opened games, puzzles, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes, every order gets free gift wrapping. Just select the gift wrap option at checkout, or ask at the counter when you shop in store. It is one of the things we are known for.

We do. Gift cards are available in-store and online in any amount, and they never expire.

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we will include a handwritten note with the gift.

Stock availability is shown on every product page. If an item shows "In Stock," it is ready to ship or pick up.

If we don't have it, we will do our best to get it. Contact us and we will let you know if we can source it for you.
