Shipping

When will my order ship? Most orders placed before noon (EST) Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after noon on Friday or over the weekend ship on Monday.

Where do orders ship from? All orders ship from our store in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $125 within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? We do, but additional shipping fees apply. Free shipping promotions do not cover Alaska or Hawaii orders.

Do you ship internationally? At this time we only ship to U.S. addresses.

Can I track my order? Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Local pickup

Can I pick up my order at the store? Absolutely. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll have your order ready. Pickup is always free.

How soon can I pick up my order? Most orders are ready within a few hours. We’ll send you an email when it’s ready to go.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. Bring your receipt or order confirmation.

Can I return an online order to the store? Yes. Bring the item and your order confirmation to our Greensboro location and we’ll take care of it.

Are there items that can’t be returned? Opened games, puzzles, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift wrapping & gift cards

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes — every order gets free gift wrapping. Just select the gift wrap option at checkout.

Do you sell gift cards? We do. Gift cards are available in-store and online in any amount.

Can I include a gift message with my order? Yes. Add your message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note with the gift.

Products & availability

How do I know if something is in stock? Stock availability is shown on every product page. If an item shows “In Stock,” it’s ready to ship or pick up.

Can you special order a toy you don’t carry? If we don’t have it, we’ll do our best to get it. Contact us and we’ll let you know if we can source it for you.

Are your toys safety tested? All products we carry meet U.S. safety standards. We’re careful about what we stock — visit our Safety page for more details.

Do you price match? We don’t formally price match, but we’re always happy to talk. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Your account

Do I need an account to order? No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your wish list.

What is the Carousel Club? Our frequent buyers program. Members earn rewards on every purchase. Ask in-store for details.

What is the Birthday Club? Sign your child up and they’ll get a special surprise from us around their birthday. Register in-store or contact us for details.
